January 2010 BT Openzone subscription Prize Draw Terms and Conditions
The Prize Draw
1. The Prize Draw is a chance to win one of five Luxury Spa Experiences.
Eligibility
2. The Prize Draw is open to individuals residing in Great Britain, aged 18 years or over, other than employees of BT, their agencies or their families, who purchase a BT Openzone subscription online (at http://www.btopenzone.com/buy/subscription.jsp) during the Prize Draw Period and subject to the terms and conditions below.
Prize Draw Period
3. The Prize Draw Period begins from 12:00 (UK time) on 21st January 2010 and lasts until 12:00 (UK time) on 11th February 2010.
Conditions
4. You purchase a BT Openzone subscription subject to http://www.btopenzone.com/terms-and-conditions/conditions-for-subscription-and-corporate-plan.jsp.
5. Minimum purchase is 1 x BT Openzone subscription which can include BT Openzone Original, BT Openzone Together and BT Openzone Global. You may purchase online as many BT Openzone subscriptions as you like during the Prize Draw Period. Every individual subscription purchase, equates to another entry into the Prize Draw but your eligibility will only be for 1 x Luxury Spa Experience Gift Voucher during the Prize Draw period.
6. You must supply your postal address and telephone contact details, including your unique email address when purchasing a BT Openzone subscription.
7. There are 5 prizes available. There will be 5 separate winners. Each winner will receive a Luxury Spa Experience Gift Voucher from Buyagift. This voucher can be redeemed at selected locations UK-wide
(see http://www.buyagift.co.uk/Product/Id/3910/Name/Luxury_Spa_Experience_Gift_Voucher).
8. The prizes are subject to availability and the terms and conditions specified by Buyagift. For further information visit www.buyagift.co.uk. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute prizes of equivalent or greater value if this is necessary for reasons beyond its control.
9. No cash alternative will be available and the Prize is not for resale.
10. The winners of the spa experiences will be the first five entries drawn at random by an independent person on 12th February 2010. Each winner will be notified by email or telephone that day. The Promoter reserves the right to re-draw the prizes if the winners cannot be contacted within a reasonable period of time (to be established at the Promoter's sole discretion).
11. The decision of the Promoter is final and binding in all matters relating to this Prize Draw.
12. If you are a winner, you may be required to participate in reasonable future publicity events relating to the Prize Draw.
13. The Promoter reserves the right to alter, amend or withdraw this Prize Draw without prior notice in the event that unforeseen circumstances should make this unavoidable.
14. All queries regarding the Prize Draw should be sent to BT Openzone Subscription Offer, pp B8.89, British Telecommunications, 81 Newgate Street, London EC1A 7AJ, England. A list of the prize winners (name and region only) may be obtained by written request by sending a self-addressed envelope to this address up to 28 days after the winners have been drawn.
15. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any loss, damage, injury or disappointment suffered by any entrant resulting from entering this promotion or by the entrant's acceptance of the prize. Nothing shall exclude the Promoter's liability for death or personal injury resulting from its negligence.
16. By entering this Prize Draw, participants agree to be bound by these terms and that the decision of the Promoter is final and binding in all matters relating to this Prize Draw.
17. The Prize Draw is governed by the laws of England and Wales.
